If a product is available in our Germany or US warehouse, it is usually shipped within 24 hours.
OpenELAB will handle customs clearance and duties where applicable. Customers do not need to pay additional customs or duty fees for this shipping arrangement.
Ships within 72 hours
If a product is available in our China warehouse, it is usually shipped directly from China within 72 hours.
OpenELAB will handle customs clearance and duties where applicable. Customers do not need to pay additional customs or duty fees for this shipping arrangement.

2. Order Shipping Arrangements
Your order may be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability. This helps us deliver available items as early as possible.
If your order includes both local warehouse items and China warehouse items
- Items available in our overseas local warehouse will be shipped first from the local warehouse.
- Items available in our China warehouse will be shipped directly from China, with customs clearance handled by OpenELAB.
- Your order may therefore arrive in separate packages.
